Mr Vinod Kumar Bajaj is a founder and Senior Partner of the firm. He has been practicing since 1978 and has experience of over 40 years in almost every facet of accounting profession. He is the Managing Partner of the Firm and looks after the entire range or practices relating to Audit & Assurance, Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes and rendering of Consultancy on Accounting, Company Law, Taxation and FEMA matters. He is very well equipped to handle critical tax issues in today's tax environment. His main role is Representation before the Income tax authorities in the Assessments, investigation proceedings before the assessing office, CIT, DRP, CIT (A) and Tribunals (ITAT).

Mr. Nikhil Bajaj was enrolled with the Institute of England and Wales UK in 2008 and he had worked with KPMG in London, U.K. for 4 years specialising in advisory and assurance of UK Listed Companies across various sectors. He is the one of the first people to do qualify as a Certified Chartered Accountant from U.K. as well as India. He is heading the internal audit, assurance and consultancy team for many international clients as well as public listed clients as well as accounts outsourcing team.
His provides consultancy for Mergers and acquisitions to businesses to manage strategic or financial acquisitions by providing guidance through time-tested methodology, transaction execution and industry contacts.
Ravinder Bajaj

Mr. Ravinder Bajaj is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 14 years standing in the profession. He has wide experience in the field of Direct and Indirect Taxes. He joined the firm in 2008 and has 14 years of post qualification experience in the field of Accounting, Auditing and Finance and mainly spearheads the Direct and Indirect Tax practice of the Firm. His main area of practice comprise consultancy on Indirect taxes, GST audits and handling litigations related to Indirect Taxes- service tax, VAT, excise and GST. His strong analytical skills and ability to lead teams are significant factors contributing to the success of our organization.

Mr. Pramod Jain was enrolled as a member of ICAI in 2008 and is in-charge of handling Audit of large and medium sized PSU, Limited and private limited companies engaged in Hotel business, Construction, Retails, Warehousing, Airport Lounge Business, Trading, Manufacturing of garments, Imports and exports, Pharmaceuticals, Heavy duty cables, food products, HVAC etc. He is also responsible for handling ROC and other Company Law related matters. He has also led teams for conducting Branch Audits and Stock Audits of various Banks.
